THE CIRCLE
ANDREW
Andrew Carter heads up the Kingsmen Property Development team with a proven background in the construction industry over a thirty year career history starting from a trade background quickly moving into quantity surveying, contract management.
Then management of business units for national contractor Ian Williams and then latterly Operational Manager for Thomas Vale Construction, now part of the Bouygues Construction Group reporting directly to board level of the Housing Regeneration Division within a group t/o of £230+ million for many local authorities, social landlords and several large housing corporations.
HARVEY
Nothing excites me more than taking a piece of land or an old building, imagining what it could become, and turning that vision into reality. I’ve always been drawn to the character of Georgian and Victorian architecture, traditional barns, and other historic design eras. I love researching the local heritage of our sites and blending classic design features with a modern, functional twist.
At Kingsmen, my role is rooted in that passion, bringing together timeless style with layouts that suit the way people live today. I have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy the research that goes into every project, from assessing planning potential and local context to ensuring each deal makes sense in terms of both opportunity and value. It's all about creating homes with character and purpose, never bland, always considered, and the kind of places we’d be proud to call our own.
