SITE SECURED

The site was fenced off early 2025 while we submitted our planning application.

PLANNING APPROVAL

We are awaiting approval off the Local Authority which is due late June.

PRE COMMENCEMENT

Pre commencement of demolition, removal of fuel tank and clearance of the site will begin shortly after.

FOUNDATIONS

We will start construction late summer into early Autumn 2025 with a forecasted programme of 9 months taking us into Spring 2026 for completion on all properties.

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

 

This former ambulance station, located on the edge of town with strong transport links to Birmingham and Worcester, was acquired as a redundant brownfield site with clear potential for regeneration allocated for development by the local authority.


Planning in principle was secured during the acquisition stage for eight new family homes. Building on this foundation, we have since submitted a full planning application for a thoughtfully designed scheme comprising four two-bedroom bungalows and four three-bedroom semi-detached houses.

The proposal responds directly to the area’s housing need and aligns with the objectives of the local plan. Each home will benefit from private parking, landscaped gardens, and open-plan living areas that extend seamlessly onto outdoor patio spaces, creating a modern, functional living environment with lasting appeal.
